A simple campaign...

I have recently received some campaign postcards (for causes as diverse as human rights and education). They ask recipients to sign a postcard and then send to their MP/MSP/Councillor/Healthcare Professional or anyone else relevant. I wonder if we could do something similar? My question: can you think of some specific aims we might like to achieve in a such campaign? It is important they are specific. How would you define your voice problem?: reflux laryngitis, vocal fold granuloma, vocal fold scarring

Tell us a bit more about your voice problem... (optional): oh, long story - surgery in Colombia, ended up in a coma, ventilation tube damaged my larynx leading to laryngeal stenosis.... voice problems started there.... experience pain, fatigue and breathlessness on speaking...

Tell us a bit about you.... (optional): I founded The Lary Project, the charity behind this site. I am passionate about raising the profile of voice problems and making the lives of people with voice problems (me included!) BETTER!

I tried to write down the manipulation exercises and compared them to your recall. I think there was a yawn involved on B to relax the jaw.On the last one when we had to find the spaces under the hyoid bone, we could move the structure from side to side across the spine and also stretch it by pushing down.I agree with Janet in that I am not overly confident in doing them without more professional instruction .
