Very inspiring and on a serious note, the iPad communication app could really help out for essential communication by the looks of it!

He uses Speak it for his routines, but a more complex app for everyday conversation. I just posted a video about it. I'm seriously thinking about using something at work, as after two days in the office this week on a course I am still croaking and cannot talk on the phone.  Even resorted to the 'Terry'  method of pain relief last night for some numbing cognac!
